Rivegirl: a "half-assed cityscape" is simply shorthand for "Melissa knows what she means and figures that everyone else does too, especially when she blogs after a few Pacificos!" But what I think I was driving at is the fact that I have a partially cool view of downtown the Bucket, with its mills along the river and stately downtown buildings, but the view is marred by a parking lot owned by a holy roller church and the fact that downtown is generally abandoned. Well, that doesn't sound much cleaer now, does it? Joyce: that last question still has me flummoxed! Thanks for sharing. I knew that putting your fist in your mouth wouldn't have been on the list of things you WISH you could do, but I did like your list. We could all use a little more Zen. Isn't it funny to not remember nice things people say to you? I wonder what the heck THAT means. I've been wracking my brain and still can't think of anything. Oh.
